Meet Our Attorney
Tucson lawyer Patricia "Pogo" J. Overmeyer has been a practicing divorce and family law attorney in southern Arizona since 1994. She is the daughter of a career Naval officer and a successful businesswoman, both of whom placed a strong emphasis on ethics, honesty, loyalty and conviction to one's principles.
Ethical actions, honest and straightforward guidance and commitment to the protection of each client's rights are the principles that guide her in representing each client to the best of her ability. She is passionate about the law and about helping people.
People often wonder where she received the nickname "Pogo." Pogo was a newspaper editorial cartoon by Walt Kelly. The comic strip ran from the 1940s through the early 1980s. That cartoon was extremely political, much as Doonesbury is today.
